Video editing pretty well done, but still editing! We can see clearly the object passing in clouds without decrease its brightness. The trajectory curve is not similar to meteor filmed trail. And on some pictures, we see a clear black dot at the top of trail and not a glowing object.
This photo was taken by a teenager from South Wales, UK and it was published on NASA- APOD website 
in a first time as being a meteor then later corrected.
It is very often described as meteor by journalists in science articles.

It is still two hypothesis: jet contrail illuminated by the sun orsmoldering rejection of fuel.
